Dairy sensitivity ? Need advice!

So my baby girl is 5 weeks old. I am breastfeeding full time. Just about a week ago she has started being soo gassy and having belly aches. She is up a lot at night from it and cry’s a lot during the day. My sister had a baby that was very sensitive to dairy when she was breastfeeding and went completely off of it and her baby was much better.

I am wondering if anybody else has went through this and went off of dairy or completely quite nursing?

I am going to talk to her doctor about it also. Just thought I’d see what some mammas had to say 🙂
