Implantation bleeding or AF?

Y’all I think I had a chemical pregnancy. I received my first positive pregnancy test on 11 days post ovulation, and continued to get very very faint positives. I’m 11 months postpartum and have not experienced the return of my cycle, but I had been using ovulation tests the past few months. I did find that I successfully ovulated two weeks ago. Light bleeding started yesterday and I thought it was IB but today it is more dark red, and heavier than “spotting” but still on the light side. Anyone had dark IB and still successfully pregnant? I had IB with my first but it was the typical “light pink” spotting. Not sure if I should wait another day or two to see if it’s AFs return or be worried. Thanks ladies.
