I NEED HELP WITH THIS Lingo

Ladies have you ever used the app premom!?! I did the whole ovulation test thing on the app and it tells you the LH and T/C ratio. Can someone please tell me what the heck is a T/C ratio!?!? And if this means I’m about to ovulate.... LH is high but T/C is low!?!
