You guys! Yes!!!!

Okay so I’ve posted a lot recently (sorry in advance!) but I’m beyond excited right now!

I haven’t been doing lifting and have been doing other things but hip thrusts, man I love them!

Today I decided to try a PR because I haven’t done them in waaay to long but I’ve been working hard in other ways.

So I stacked it up...

With the bar this is 235lbs....

I started with 185, moved up from there.

I got 3 good reps with it! I won’t use this weight regularly but man oh man it felt so good to get it up!!

(My mom took this one, after doing the 3, and I was trying to hold it for waaay longer than desired so it isn’t up as far as I’d like but)

So excited!

Also amazing to me I couldn’t even imagine doing this when I was 22, or 25 I’m closing in on 31 and a mom of a 7 year old... I am just so happy right now!

You guys are capable of so much!!! Just stick with it and it’s yours!
