hcg & sex

my case manager lady from my doctors office keeps saying i need to wait to have sex until my hcg is 4 or less. it’s been almost three weeks since my miscarriage. today my results were 23. i just want to have sex with my husband! is it that big of a deal that we do it? not even ttc this cycle but with getting pregnant and then a miscarriage and now all this waiting it’s been foreverrrrr. 😞
