First time mom here! My 3.5 week old baby has started to develop what I believe to be baby acne but I wanted to be sure as I’ve found it is also appearing on his neck area. What do you think? I thought it might also look similar to a heat rash.

Additionally, if it is baby acne I’ve heard of using breast milk as a method to help clear the acne faster. Does anyone know the best method for doing so? Like do I let it sit and dry on his face or rub it in and then wipe it off?

Thanks for the help! I know this little skin thing isn’t hurting him/dangerous but for a first time mama it’s been stressing me out. I miss his soft little cheeks!
