Mc bleeding help

My last pregnancy I had no signs of a Mc went to my ultrasound and had no heartbeat so we went with a d&c. I found out I’m pregnant again I bleed after sex for 2 days. Then stopped bleeding. My first levels were 400 and two days later went to 1146 on Wednesday. I had severe upper abdominal and back pain and went to the ER because I wasn’t sure if it was ectopic because I started bleeding again. Wore a pad but didn’t soak one. Well my numbers were 1200. So idk if they dropped or slowly rose. My bleeding stopped. No menstural like cramps or back pain. Would my bleeding be super heavy and longer than what I had/have?
