Advice please

My bf and I have been dating for almost 9 months. Around month 2 he found a video of me and my friend and me talking about some other boy when my bf and I had been dating for ONE WEEK. he was very upset by it and I apologized and we moved on after a few weeks. then a couple of weeks ago he read a text message I sent to the same best friend and I was again talking about another boy at my school. I do this because I’m used to being “the funny one” and making my friend laugh a lot. he got very upset and said if I did it again he was done. I know I really don’t deserve a chance again and I’m stupid and immature, but he said I could try again. But now, he won’t let me hang out with my friend (the one I said these things to) because he says she turns me into another girl. I do agree, but I also miss my friend. he said if I hang out with her he knows I’ll mess up again and he will break up with me so he just doesn’t want me hanging out with her in general. What do I do?????
