Implantation?

I’m 11dpo today. earlier I had slight cramping that lasted for maybe like 15 seconds. Then a while later I went pee and when wiping, there was literally like a drop of blood. I’m just wondering if it could possibly be implantation? Anyone experience this before a bfp?

I dont know what dpo I was as I had given up on ttc after 6 years but a week before my period was due I had a pen sized dot of light pink on the toilet paper. I didnt think anything of it until a week later 2 days before af I had the worst cramps I ever had and I had 1 test left and decided to take it. I got an instant bfp good luck.

Test from this morning not FMU because I woke up earlier and went pee. Probably a 4hr hold.

Implantation?
