4 month old baby with a cold

So when should you be alarmed of your babies breathing? He’s super congested & has a wet cough. I am using saline drops, a natural vaporub made for babies it’s lavender and eucalyptus, I have also given him the zarbees cough & mucus medicine for babies. He is kind of wheezing a bit. Just wondering if there are any other remedies? If I am using too many products? & is wheezing alarming? I feel so bad for my bubby! He still seems like his normal set but I am a ftm and not sure what calls for the dr or not!
