Should I go to the ER?!??

For the last two days I have had a TERRIBLE ear ache in my left ear and my head on the left side is hurting terribly. It’s not a constant head ache it’s just like in waves and it’s only in one spot of my head and it is sharp and makes me wince. My scalp where my head hurts is sooo sensitive I can barely brush my hair. It’s hurting worse and worse idk what to do. Now I feel like my vision is getting foggy :( I have no insurance either so ER is my only option
