12 month old tantrums?

She'll slide across the floor whining and screaming. She cries and gets fussy during diaper and clothing changes. I try to talk to her to calm her down but it does not. I don't know what to do. She did her early but she was also showing signs of sleepiness

This is really normal. She’s trying to assert some independence. With the clothing changes you could include her in what she wants to wear to help her feel some level of control in it all too? Also if there are any baby signing classes nearby that you could do then that can be really helpful too so that she can start to communicate a bit more with you - babies find gestures easier to make before saying words and it can really help them start to understand different words and sounds so they can end up talking sooner too. Hope that helps ease it a bit!!

My almost 1 year old is doing this. She used to love laying on her changing table (would just jabber away). Now its 50/50 either happy or screaming and crying. Hoping she'll grow out of it soon

This is normal for a toddler. My son started doing this at 15 months and stopped around 21 months and now that he’s 2.5 he’s starting up again.
