My baby girl is 7 weeks old(which I feel like is super early for a tooth) and tonight she was screaming bloody murder, at first I thought growth spurt (which is still very possible) but while she was screaming I noticed she had a verrrrry small white bulge on her gums about where her canine or premolar would sit. It feels solid but I can’t tell if it’s a tooth or an “Epstein Pearl”. I didn’t get very good photos but will attach them as well. If it’s a tooth, has anyone else experienced their baby teething so early and it not being one of the 4 front teeth???
