Looks like thrush. Are there any white/yellow spots on baby’s lips, gums, roof of mouth or inner cheeks? Try to wipe it off and if it doesn’t come off it is definitely thrush.

Looks like thrush but you need to clean the babies mouth after they drink milk, either with a damp terry cloth or a baby toothbrush
