🚨6 Month Pregnancy Transformation🚨
I was always hard on myself when it come to my physique. Obviously, I’m not super fit and lean, but I spent a good amount of time in the gym to always try better my physique. My husband always said I needed to stop and appreciate my body, because I wasn’t unfit or unhealthy by any means. He’s a ham 😍
When We got pregnant, I was terrified of the challenges that I would face. However, I’ve stayed In the gym, and continued to work out 5 times a week. I firmly believe it has made my pregnancy so much easier than it probably would have been if I didn’t work out. My doctors encouraged it, so I haven’t stopped yet. Now that I’m at 8 months, some work outs I can’t do, but I’m still putting in the effort to stay healthy.
