I need advise and maybe some tips

About a year go I found out I have like three or four cysts on my left ovary and I’ve had them checked three times through out the year, (I have also been off birth control for about a year and a half now) so getting an irregular period wasn’t such a big deal it always showed up sooner or later, but now I’m going on 39 days late and 70th day of my cycle and I feel all kinds of weird not bad just weird.... 🤔 so I thought maybe it’s just a more aggressive cyst or maybe I could be pregnant I tested three times in October and all negative. I don’t have medical insurance yet because I started a new job so I’m unsure on what to do until it starts kicking in, do I keep testing and just wait it out or just go to a planned parenthood? If any one else has had this or something similar happened I’d love to hear what happened or what you did. ♥️ is really appreciate and love it ♥️
