Milk to Sleep?

Is anyone still giving their little one milk to help them fall asleep for naps and bedtime?

I know it’s not good for their teeth so I am trying to wean off of it. I was just curious if anyone else is.

Not necessarily to help with sleep, but she still breastfeeds before I get her ready for her nap and bedtime. But there's a bunch of other things between that and sleep

Up until she weaned herself yes. Now it’s done.

We did until we recently started sleep training. Now she's offered a cup about an hour before bed, and gets a small yogurt as a snack. Then brush her teeth and go to bed. She also has slept through the night the last few nights we've been doing this

It's still part of the bedtime routine, it's just the first part now so we brush teeth after 🙂

I would be if I was still breastfeeding but I got pregnant and he weaned about a month and half ago. My first breastfed to sleep until 20m though. She has normal teeth, no issues.
