How do i know my baby is growing/it’s okay???

I got a 10 week ultrasound last Wednesday and saw the heartbeat and even movement!! Like stretching. However, sometimes i feel cramps and my symptoms come and go. How do i know my baby is okay and growing like it should??? Worried mama xxxxx previous loss

I got a home Doppler and it’s helped a lot with my anxiety. I only use it every other day just until i find the heartbeat but it’s made me feel so much better

Unless you start bleeding or having severe cramping, consider baby ok.

Trust that everything is going to be okay. I know it’s easier said than done. I worried my entire first trimester and looking back now I wish I would have enjoyed it more.
