Anyone else???

Is anyone else’s MIL completely obsessed with their son??? She texts him everyday, long paragraphs on how much she loves him and he ignores her, then she tries a guilt trip and tells other family members to ask him why he doesnt talk to her!!! His sister is the same way!!!! Always touching him when they see him ( hugging him for longer than 15 seconds, always sitting by him, always closer than they should be ) and my husband have HEARD them talking shit about me!!!! I’ve never even done anything to them and its like they are jealous of me???? I’m at my wits end. For thanksgiving, we went to see his family in Georgia. She texted him over and over, called him 5 times, then called me, texted me saying “Have him call me PLEASE” like ... its borderline incest. She always shares fb posts about how much he means to her and he’s talked to her multiple times and asked her to stop and now its just gotten worse. We’re supposed to go over there for Christmas but I don’t even know if I could handle that.... I already know she’s going to be really fucking weird with him and give me dirty looks, roll her eyes at me etc. I just found out I’m pregnant like 2 months ago so I know all of this stress isnt good for me. How do y’all cope? Shes drained me mentally by her snark remarks and gestures.. idk how i could even be fake to her. Advice???
