I NEED ADVICE!!!!!!

I’m currently on cycle day 67 🙃 trying to conceive and having irregular periods is hard. Mentally draining. I haven’t even tracked ovulation this time because last cycle was 72 days long. One before that was 37.

Idk whether this is because I went off the pill in June and before that I was on the bar for three years. More than likely. If so how long did it take for you ladies to get back to a normal cycle. I’ve been to two different doctors and neither will test for anything because I was on the pill.
