RSV 4 months old

My poor baby has got rsv an I'm just wanting to know if any of yalls babies have developed it what did you do to make it easier for them I've been doing saline nose drops I have a Frida nose sucker I have a humidifier in the room giving tylenol every 6 hours for his temperature breathing treatments 3 times a day is there anything else I can do for my baby to make him more comfortable I've done took him to the hospital an they said his breathing is excellent an sent us home but I just want to make sure I'm doing everything I can for him I haven't slept in almost 4 days I'm so afraid I will fall asleep an he will stop breathing just a FTM needing a little guidance thanks
