Babes lower central incisors came in starting at 4.5 months for first and 6 months exactly for 2nd. Yesterday she was so grouchy and chewing on her toys like crazy. Today she’s the same with a low grade fever (100.8 after her nap then down to 99.4 half hour later). She’s completely fine otherwise. No runny nose, no rash, no cough/sneezing, just grouchy and clingy.

She’s 6.5 months old now, isn’t that super soon for the top central incisors to be coming in? What age did your baby’s top front teeth start making their appearance known? I don’t know what else this could be besides teething!
