Mothers milk tea?

I bought the mother’s milk tea before having my baby just in case

Then I read some reviews on how it can either work great or completely dry you up due to the fenugreek so I was like oh god maybe not...

I really didn’t need it because my milk supply was awesome until now 🙃

So Im hoping you girls can let me know how it worked for you? Should I avoid it or take it?

I was gonna buy some of the pills from legendairymilk since it doesn’t have fenugreek but I can’t until I get my money again which won’t be until January so maybe I’ll just drink the tea for now
