4 weeks today since Miscarriage

I had a light blood flow the last couple weeks just waiting for it to completely stop. Well a few days ago I started getting a heavier flow of blood. I had a blood draw done a few days ago as well that shows my HCG levels were at 15. So I assumed this is my first period arriving! A couple weeks ago I had egg white mucus with my light bleed so I assumed I ovulated. Was anyone else’s first period much heavier than usual with smaller clots? AND should I still ovulate after this period even though I had egg white discharge a couple weeks ago?
