Breastfeeding and working out?
Okay so I’m not sure if this is a wives tale or not, but I’m interested in doing this workout thing called the camp. And it’s lose 20lbs in 6 weeks, working out in a class setting for 1 hour a day 5 days a week. While eating every two hours (healthy) and drinking a TON of water. However my mom is telling me I shouldn’t workout for as long as I’m breastfeeding because then I’ll lose my milk supply. Has anyone heard of this ?
