Can you have no early pregnancy symptoms ?

Can you have no early pregnancy symptom and still be pregnant . I went to my dr around the last week of November and they did a ultrasound to check to see if I was ovulating and they told me that within the next few days I should be ovulating . I had sex that whole week now by pd should be here in 5 days . I haven’t felt any different my boobs don’t hurt , I been really tired but I also been working a lot . I wouldn’t say I been peeing a lot . But when I drink something I have to pee but that’s with everyone . .. after my miscarriage in 2017 I been trying with no luck . What can I do different next month ?
