Sex while high risk

So last week at 29+5 I (baby) was diagnosed with IUGR. My regular ob is sending me to Hugh risk but I haven't seen them yet and my reg ob hasn't said I couldn't have sex just that if I have any bleeding to go in and be seen. My question is, I'm itching to have sex, should I wait to see high risk Dr's or I'm safe unless I was told to refrain.

Nevermind. Pretty sure I just caught him masturbating. I have yet to ask him because I feel weird about it. Like usually any other time I probably wouldn't care but here lately he's been talking about other women's breasts and role play and playing with it etc and so now I kinda feel like it's a betrayal. Oh well I guess
