Weird uterus gurgling

I’m currently going through a pregnancy scare and I haven’t really had any symptoms but I’ve noticed my uterus is gurgling like my stomach but I don’t know why. I’ve never noticed if it’s ever done that before. Does anyone know why this is happening?
