so today’s the day i’m done feeling bad about myself. i’m going to become the best version of myself by doing ab workouts, butt workouts and arm workouts every morning and night in order to achieve the body i’ve dreamed of for so long. is there any advice anyone could give me to keep me accountable or even some tips to lose more weight? i’d really appreciate some help right now so i can finally look in the mirror and love who i am.
