Abdominal / Vaginal pressure

I’m 7 months today and im having some abdominal and vaginal pressure. I’m trying to see if this is normal or should I go to the ER and get checked just in case it’s early labor pains or something. I’ve been pregnant before but had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. So this is my second pregnancy and obviously I’m much farther this time. I just stay a little more worried this time since my miscarriage but with this pressure I’m not sure what to do. It’s not like it’s excruciating pain, it’s just very uncomfortable and pressure is all. Just has me a little worried.
