Anyone have a lost or migrated tubal clip?

One of my tubal clips is missing and couldn't be found on a CT scan, waiting on a doctor appointment to see if they can find it on Xray and check the tubes.

It's fairly common for the clips to migrate off the tube (up to 25%) which I wasn't told about before I had it done.

Anyone here have their tubes clipped and the clip fell off? Did it give you problems? Was your tube still blocked? The wait for answers is driving me crazy.

EDIT to say I had filshie clips placed, one on each tube I had assumed (they never told me directly how they performed the ligation, I only know because I heard the on call doctor say "filshie clips" during the procedure after my c section).
