Almost 3 month old always crying before sleep

Ok what is going on?! Every time we try to get our daughter to nap or go to bed at night she scream cries because she doesn’t want to even tho she is tired! Does this ever end?! I feel bad that she gets so upset :( she’s normally a content alert baby besides those times.
