Couple questions about first ultrasound

So I had my first ultrasound today. By my LMP my due date was June 26, and that made me 11 weeks 3 days. And according to my ultrasound tech i was measuring 12 weeks 3 days. This would make me due June 21.. which due date do i go by? Also does anyone know if the 16 cm on the right side of the photo means?
