Should I be worried?

So here’s a little background... I got pregnant may of 2017 (I took plan B 7 hours after sex) and haven’t had a period since April 2017, my son was born January 2018 and I breast fed him until April 2019..in November of 2018 I got a mirena placed, still haven’t had a period, I’m no longer happy with my Mirena and have an appointment scheduled tomorrow( December 11,2019) for removal, but had sex on the 8th, we are not wanting to have another baby right now, so should I be worried or reschedule my appointment, or am I being dramatic? I think I’m mainly worried because I got pregnant with my son after taking plan B but I also don’t really want to wait any longer to get my IUD removed.
