Hey friends 👋🏼 I recently went for my fertility consultation and we decided to proceed with

. The only problem is that I cannot get our nurse coordinator to call me back to create our “plan”.

I realize I’m not a patient yet and my question isn’t urgent but it’s been two business days ( tomorrow is day 3) and no call back. They have a policy of same day callbacks.

We were hopeful that beginning the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">fertility treatment</a> would ease stress, not create more stress.

Is this normal?
