Anxious
Hello all so I just completed <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> session or whatever you want to call it and I’m all kinda of nerves. The waiting is killing me and bc of my age it’s heightened my levels of anxiety by 110%. My follicles were huge and they said I had two and half ready to go. They triggered me on Saturday and I went in Sunday and Monday. Any advice on how to keep from losing my mind with anxiety??
