I went on a date with a guy not too long ago. The date lasted nine hours. He kept trying to lean in for a kiss, but I kept backing away bc I was too nervous and I’m not as experienced so I was afraid to mess things up. He was still flirty and completely interested. We still talk to this day and keep in contact. Especially when we see each other in public. Well always make eye contact and we’ll talk and we’ll stand really close together. Even when I leave the conversation he’ll try to linger on a bit. I have a hunch he’s interested still but he hasn’t made further moves. I’ve tried enticing him a bit and he’s positively responded but still. Nothing happened. We’ve even have had deep conversations. We both lost our fathers and we were helping each other through it and he said he was there for me whenever I wanted to talk. So I don’t know if he’s trying to give me time to heal, or just sees me as a friend. Any ideas?
