Does anyone wanna be kind enough to tell me what going on in this image of my tv ultrasound done today

No one explained anything to me really besides that it looked good for an early pregnancy( I’m supposed to be 6 weeks) and said if they had any bad knews they’d call me tomorrow but my blood work still looks good(3609) and my urine is still positive but it’s crazy cause everything I’m googling doesn’t seem to look like a pregnancy in my image.

You’re likely not quite six weeks yet. Even so, you’d barely be able to much of anything at all at this point. Plus the quality of that ultrasound does not look great. Looks like it was done on old equipment. It should be a much clearer picture if the equipment used was up to date. There’s not much to discuss this early on in a pregnancy about an ultrasound. Which is why they probably didn’t tell you much.

I see the arrows on the bottom pic but I cant even tell if that's in your uterus or not.
The top TV pic shows an empty uterus, no gestational sac

My ultrasound looked like that at 4.5/5 weeks (didn’t save it). This is from today at 6 weeks 1 day. 💯 agree that you are just not as far along as you thought. The doctor told me, when mine looked like yours, that the uterine change look great and she expected a sack to start forming in the next few days. Came back and boooom sack and fetal pole.

This is the 6wk4day ultrasound I had on Monday. It’s possible you aren’t as far along as they think, but also yes the quality of the ultrasound doesn’t look very good. If it’s older, it might be hard to see anything. Good luck!

You’re probably closer to 5 weeks! There should be the gestational sac and within that the yolk sac I assume they are where there arrows are.. the yolk sac was very difficult to see on my sonogram at 5+1

At this point the only thing they would be able to see is an egg sac, which I believe is the dark circle with the arrows.
