Sensitivity of hospital pregnancy test??

So, I am wondering how sensitive a hospital urine pregnancy test is. I am having a minor prodcedure next week and wondering if it would be safe to TTC now. I would be 7-9 DPO depending when I ovulate. Think it would show on a test or should I be good?
