I’m from Utah and Utah is not a mandated state for covering <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>. my husband is born without a vas deferens so basically his Sperm cannot swim out of the body. This is noted in our insurance.. so What does it mean by coverage of treating the cause of infertility? Would that mean they could cover <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>? Or sperm extraction? The wording is confusing
