Seriously. I picked him up from day care yesterday and he ran away. Last week I picked him up and he cried. I feel embarrassed to say that I’m totally demoralised and sad by this.

My husband, who has struggled to enjoy being a dad with the crying and the food everywhere etc, however, is my son’s like BFF. He adores his dad.

I do all the food prep and cleaning and putting to bed and dressing putting him in the car seat etc. : (

Maybe I’m doing something wrong: not smiling enough, being not fun to play with, maybe I’m being too sensitive and like spoiling him?

Anyone have any experience with this? Did it go away?
