So, long story short: I have 3 kids, last one was 12 years ago; all conceived naturally and no fertility issues (aside from irregular periods which I’ve always had since puberty). I’ve been on birth control since then. I stopped birth control in June, been TTC since. My cycles have gotten worse/longer and I’m currently on CD 94...went to OB/GYN yesterday. She drew fertility labs which I’m waiting on. She said if my labs were ok (meaning there wasn’t an underlying condition to treat like thyroid issue etc) then she’d start me on Provera, followed by 100 mg of Clomid x5 days. I’m soooooo anxious to just start the Clomid! I’m also worried she’ll say I can’t start for some reason, or I’ll have some sort of difficult condition to treat. How long did it take for your fertility labs to come back? Was anyone told they later shouldn’t start Clomid, and if so, what was the reason?
