Naps? How long?

My son got sick Thursday. He has RSV so it really really sucks! I don’t know if it’s from being sick that he isn’t napping so well or maybe he just doesn’t need to nap very often anymore. Before he got sick he still had two naps morning at 10 about 45 mins then at 2 for 1:30-2 hours. But now I’m lucky if he even gets 30 mins.

My son naps once a day for about an hour, hour and a half depending on how long he slept the night before.

My LO naps 1x a day for about 2 hours at this point. He may be ready to drop a nap.

My girl will generally still nap twice a day if we are at home, usually once if she’s at the sitters . She has recently been sick though too and her sleep is so off. It’s hard to say what it will be like once she’s feeling good again

We just switched him to one nap last weekend. I noticed he was struggling to sleep at his morning nap, I think he is much happier since we did it!

My daughter also was napping twice a day. First one at around 9 and lasted about 45 minutes-hour and second nap at 2 or 3 lasting maybe an hour. She started skipping her afternoon nap and only occasionally gets the second nap in now. I think it's normal for them to start napping less. I'm sorry he's sick, hopefully he's better soon ☹️
