i’ve gotten pretty regular with masturbating lately, but only clitoral. several times i’ve tried penetration but i can’t even get two fingers in. and the next day it hurts like mild cramps. i’ve never had sex and am honestly scared to because i’m afraid either it’s not going to fit or it’s going to rip. is this serious enough for a trip to the gynecologist?

I’d suggest going to the gyno to get screened for Vaginismus.
Not every person with vaginismus experiences it to the exact same degree, it could be possible you have a mild case or just haven’t noticed it before now if you don’t regularly use tampons or have pelvic exams that use a speculum.
