Not drinking enough water
Today I realized I didn’t do a very good job at drinking water. I’m almost 4 weeks PP and I got a headache and I went to get up to go eat dinner an felt dizzy. im sure that has something to do with it! It’s not my blood pressure or anything as I did check that.. anyone else experience this before ?
