I think some guys are definitely grossed out by it, but if youre comfortable enough with each other then I think the guy doesnt care. I personally like period sex lol it feels better to me and relieves cramps🤷🏻‍♀️

Every guy I’ve dated has been ok with having sex while on my period. 
I never like bleed tons while having sex though
