Will it heal

Had an forceps and episiotomy birth, some stitches came out 2 days pp and it left me with a fucked up vagina I’ve seen 2 different doctors both say different. One said it will heal on its own with time, the other said it’s healed.

The red is the episiotomy incision

Green is the muscle inside which was meant to be stitched together but is now open like flaps

The blue is my perineum where it isn’t stitched

My vagina hole literally looks like this shape

Plus I’ve been having bruised pain just generally sore (I don’t have a prolapse I’ve been doing pelvic exercises since I gave birth)

I honestly don’t know what to do now, will it get better? Will it actually heal on its own? I don’t see how.
