Postpartum period?

Just wondering when y’all got your first postpartum period. I’ve heard six months is normal, but a friend said she went more than a year after each child!

I EBF my first and got my period at 18 months. I had 2 cycles and got pregnant. 😂 So since February 2016 I've had two periods.

I exclusively pump and got mine at 6 months PP, but my best friend also exclusively BFs and still hasn’t gotten hers and she’s over a year PP 🙂 both totally normal!

10 weeks for me and I was breastfeeding till 6 weeks

It largely depends on if you breastfeed or not. Breastfeeding will make you go longer after without a period.

Just finished my first so 7.5mpp? Stopped breastfeeding at 6 months.

6 weeks PP with both my kids and they were/are EBF.

Just got mine today and baby girl is 7.5 months and EBF. I was thinking maybe because she started eating solids more recently that maybe I’m BFing slightly less and that’s why it started?
