What did/do you eat mainly?
I’ve been wanting to try it because I’ve heard good stuff about the diet itself and seen people get to where they want to be but I really don’t know where to start?
2020 I REALLY want to lose all this weight from pregnancy and prior. I was already chunky before pregnancy so I just got more chunky lol
But I’m really sick of it and super uncomfortable in my own skin.
If you guys have any good home workout routines that you do as well and would like to share please feel free to do so.
