My boyfriends parents house is a complete mess. There is trash everywhere. No one picks up or throws anything away. They have pets that uses their floors as their bathroom. His adult brother also lives there and he does nothing. I’ve offered to clean many times but get told no. They won’t even let me back in the house anymore because of how bad it has gotten. If I visit, we have to stay outside. His mother has many medical issues and I feel like it’s partly from they way they live. I’m not sure what to do. Do I just leave it alone since they don’t want my help. Or since his mom is so sick, is there someone I should call?
